Hi,
I have SPMS and I have to urgently go the toilet 6, 7, 8 times every second day until the bowel is empty.
Does anybody else suffer in this way ?

I get the urgency to urinate and the bladder leakage myself, hence it’s a lot more convenient staying home. SPMS takes a lot of getting use to, imho.

I rake orange juice and Lactose it keeps me regular

I think this is really common with MS and there are things that can be done to help. Definitely something to raise with whomever is most helpful in your area: MS nurse/GP for urology referral. You shouldn’t just have to battle it on your own.

There is Botox treatment available for your bladder you need to be referred to urology or at the least a continence nurse x
