I bought this after trying it out at a disability show. Its absolutely fabulous at enabling me to walk as much as I can and then when needing to sit down it has the function to turn jnto an electric wheelchair.
I find my mobility scooter marvellous, no doubt about that, but it doesn’t give me the ability to walk.
I am an independent person and dont want to only go out if someone is with me, so i managed to get the rollator out of the house, into the car boot, drove to a town with shops and cafe, got itout of car boot and went just where i wanted to go, under my own steam. I even thought i would partake in a nice coffee and cake and watch the world go by.
The sense of achievement almost lifted me off the ground, it was absolutely FANTASTIC.
Our independence is sooooo precious and so very important to us.
