Swollen Painful Leg

Hi all

Is this a part of MS or something else?

My right leg has ballooned below the knee to the ankle causing me a lot of greif with walking and climbing in the lorry. This has happened since i have been on pregabalin. Is this a normal reaction/side effect?

Hi Mel, no not normal side effect or reaction and not necessarily MS either. See your GP! Always, always get something checked out unless you are 100% sure it’s MS. Take care, Pat xx

Hi Mel

If it is red in colour and painful to the touch you definitely need to getit checked, as it could be a DVT. Not trying to worry you, hopefully it turns out to be something eassily dealt with, but let the gp see it.
