My chosen list of healthy stuff.

  1. 15% Lugol’s Iodine
  2. Apple Cider Vinegar
  3. Kelp
  4. B Vitamins
  5. Vitamin D3
  6. Honey
  7. Lemon & Lime
  8. Green Smoothie
  9. Homemade Stew
  10. CBD oil
  11. Hazel Nuts
  12. Eggs, Broccoli, Spinach, Kale

After trialling all these things, I’ve noticed a significant improvement with my MS.

Using the Circulation Booster & doing plenty of exercise has helped. Along with drinking water.

Puddle,

A very good list and very similar to my own. I differ slightly as I follow the Swank diet which, as you will know, is essentially dairy free plus oily fish. I do add Spirulina to my muesli and take the Floradix tonic.

My general mantra consists of the following:

Follow the Swank diet

Take CBD paste three times a day

Take Biotin three times a day

Follow a course of exercises

Avoid stress

I do agree with you. I have seen significant improvements since following this formula. The added bonus is that no prescription medicine is required for neuropathic pain as this has been eliminated by CBD. I believe that the Biotin has helped rebuild some of the neural pathways as my bladder control has improved as well as my mobility, on some days at least.

I am glad your approach works for you. Keep up the good work.

Best wishes,

Alun

Greetings Alun. Well done for seeing the light.

All I know is, taking muscle relaxants, anti psychotics & anti depressants, didn’t work for me. And that’s where I was channelled, through medical circles. The human body is quite good at self repair, once we know what’s going wrong & feed the required needs.

Exercise is paramount. Be it getting out in the fresh air, or doing some light physical work. Something to get our system functioning. Use it or lose it & socialise with good people. The nervous system is very complex & it needs care.

MS is said to be an infection, where our own body, starts attacking the nerves. The number of people I know who get on my nerves, had multiplied. So I ditched them & all their problems. Look after yourselves folks.

There is no cure for many conditions & the miracle is what we exist in.

Add some useful things to your life & move on.

Terry

Terry,

I fully endorse what you say.

After diagnosis, I did sheepishly follow the medical model and began using Gabapentin. I soon ditched this after suffering some of the appalling side effects. Following good advice from my son, and my own research, I tried CBD and did not look back.

I have found that my mind is now fully alert, as alive as it has ever been, and I am able to enjoy many things in life without any fog to blur the senses. I aim to continue in this vein for as long as possible.

Alun

I agree Alun. I’m not to fussed about the CBD oil but it does something.

The pot head posse, still harass me, claiming it cures everything. Trying to sell me what they grow in their shed, to fund their other addictions. Totally ignoring exercise, a healthy diet & taking other holistic supplements. Their main focus is scrounging from others with genuine health problems.

CBD is everything to some folks. Not me though.

Iodine & ACV is what I would take on a desert Island with me.

I’ve just purchased some Selenium, to help the Iodine do it’s job better.

The trick is, don’t give up & stop taking advice from idiots.

Th£y hav£ only on£ focus.
