It’s been trying to snow down here.
Here’s another simple recipe. I have a helpful lightweight tray with spikes and a grater which makes cutting veg a doddle. Any sort of seafood or salmon or tuna will do. It’s all cupboard/freezer/fridge raiding stuff.
