I need to know if anybody knows of a good care company. I am changing from Docare because I’m having problems with them. I live in Oxfordshire and I’m desperate to find one, can anybody help.

I have 3 carers who I pay via Direct Payments. Is this the same for you?
I preferred to employ mine myself, rather than use an agency, you could have lots of different people coming in.
You could ask social services to help you advertise, interview and engage carers .
