Yes - still full of energy - but attempting to do so much l am worn out!! Biotin has turned me into a ‘skivvy’.

How much do you take ?

l take 100mg in the morning and midday - but have started taking 300mg at bedtime. The trial did state that 300mg to 900mg was used. l also take it sub-linguarly - letting it dissolve under my tongue - the same as l do with B12. lt is then absorbed into your bloodstream rather then battling its way through the digestive system and ending up not being utilised.

On biotin my bowels and bladder are better and so is my energy levels. However I and many others feel that the spasticity is worse. I think it somehow prevents the baclofen working rather than making spasticity worse. I tend to take 100mg in the morning and 200mg at bedtime. If I take 100mg at lunchtime spasticty is very bad in afternoon.

I`m on Biotin 2x 150mg (early morning + after lunch) since 6 months and I feel too that spasticity is worse. I take no spastic meds like baclofen. No benefits up to now.
