Big boy's toys

Hello from a sunny High Weald.

Is too much thinking dangerous? Surely not!

I still have some big boys’ toys. (Not quite sure where the apostrophe should go.) But size isn’t just about dimensions.

Keep servicing them big boys toys Steve. I’ve been washing my converted camper bus today & it’s nearly killed me in the heat. You’ve inspired me to look into getting a steam generator, for some hot water in my bus sink bowl. The double bass on my synthesisers makes the windows rattle & sounds sweet with a techno beat.

All me best wishes, Terry from Staffordshire.

I loved reading about all of your memories Steve you’ve had an amazing life. Michelle and Frazer xx

Another enjoyable read Steve. I’m kicking myself now for not doing many of the walks etc years ago. I was waiting for my daughter to grow up to do them with me, and to travel once I retired. Unfortunately life doesn’t always deal the cards you wanted. Luckily I live in the Lake District and can still visit many places, so I can’t complain loudly.

I love reading your blog, please keep at it.

Hi Min I’m in the Lake District too. Aren’t we lucky, especially just now with the amazing weather. Moira

You have great recall and a pleasing way of expressing yourself. Your latest big boy toy looks like even I could do a wheelie without falling off.

Nice one

Mick

Moira I look around and appreciate how lucky I am to live where I do most days. I’ve lived in some awful places and knowing I’m here for the rest of my life is a real blessing. I’m so grateful that circumstances led me here.

Enjoy the sunshine.

I used to drive a VW beetle. One of the parts suppliers was ‘Big Boy’s Toy’s’ in Thurrock. Whenever I was looking for them on the internet some absolutely unbelievable things cropped up! It was an education!

My current big girl toy is the same as your`s.

My Brother sewing machine is my favourite big girl`s toy!

Keep on trucking!
