Back to physio

I went out on my own for the first time since new year’s day.

I went to physio and did 3.4kon the bike. What an effort. I need a drink to recover.

Stay positive folks.

Wow Steve Well Done. Out on your own. Work on the bike. Very impressed. Keep going. Hugs Anne xx

Use it or lose it.

Well done for venturing out there & getting that circulation going Steve. It makes the feasting more rewarding.

I could write a book on my recent issues. People knocking on my door, threatening to kick my head in & my driving licence renewal. There’s definitely something in the air. My neighbours relatives just came to my door & invited me to his funeral. He passed away on Sunday, but apparently kept on about me & my activity. How I kept falling & just got on with it, with zero help.

Keep fighting Steve. Off jamming on my pianos I go. Getting carried away, is the title of my new tune.

Best regards Terry

I would venture out on my own but the rain wont stop lol.

when its nice i go out everyday with doglet on my scooter. I push myself to walk a bit every day.

I bought one of those little pedal things for exercise but i couldnt push it around and around lol.

so i keep to what i know, its safer lol.

I have a manual push scooter, like what kids have & keep threatening to buy a motorized one. To do some off road trips on the sea front. Getting them limbs moving & fresh air, is paramount for positive results. Changing our diet & doing what we enjoy. Ignoring what the know it alls say. We know our limits. It feels good to push them too. At our own pace.

Stay safe CC & keep venturing out there. It will stop raining one day.

That’s brilliant Steve , theres nothing like smelling the air and feeling the wind in your hair . I hope that the physio is a big help to you . Michelle and Frazer xx

That’s fantastic Steve. You’ll be trading your chair for a trike soon. I’m so jealous. I bought an exercise machine and still can’t do more than a minute or two at a time.
