I think HSCT is finally gathering more momentum in the UK now & it is long overdue! This country is ridiculously way behind others in offering this treatment.Instead stuffing us full of not very useful drugs with horrendous side effects Neurologists here have for years been discouraging HSCT quoting safety etc. All I can say is maybe it’s not suitable for all, maybe there have been one or 2 deaths from it but if it’s that bad why are you now finally doing it in the UK either private or as trials and how many patients have you lost who were taking the drugs? I bet it’s a damn sight more! Big pharma decrees what happens big time.
I gather they are way behind schedules.
