Hi all My hands are trembling a lot. The more I worry (get embarrassed) about it the worse it gets. Is this a common symptom?? Julie x

This maybe is just stress and anxiety related but I get hand tremors which get worse with anxiety. I do have slight tremors which are constant but can get significantly worse with stress. I have had them for sometime but have got worse since my dx but so has my anxiety. Try not to worry unless you are a surgeon
