Hi all,
just had my diagnosis but now waiting for my referral to the only MS specialist consultant in the trust to discuss whether treatment is an option (why they couldn’t just refer me straight to him when they knew my results I’ll never know but hey-Ho). Anyway, my symptoms are mild which apparently isn’t treated, but my scan is considered moderate which is (according to my current consultant but obviously my specialist will know more). Just wondered if anybody could give me an idea of his approach- is he quite pro-treatment or more conservative? Will I need to fight for dmd or will he go by my scan and “moderate plaque load”?
