How long to get back to normalcy post steroids for relapse

Hi everyone,

I’m three days off steroids after a relapse which had me bed bound for weeks, some of the worst I’ve ever felt. The steroids helped with some of the exhaustion from fatigue and improved my balance (still not fantastic) but I’m still waking up knackered, im still feeling weak as a kitten, should I be better then I’m feeling?

Hi, agree with Val, steroid course is like shock tactic for your body and took at least a week for me feeling v rough to get over them. Feels like a bit of a rollercoaster as great to improve some of ms symptoms but there’s payback. Hoping things will improve in next few days. Good luck. Froo x
