So I got diagnosed with relapsing remitting ms last March and mainly just have an ongoing issue in my left leg with altered sensations. However the last few days I am getting a tremor in my right hand particularly when I am doing something like typing a text or reaching out. I’m just feeling a bit like ahhh because it’s really hard to explain to people and it makes me feel self conscious even though I’m probably the only one who notices it. I’m just wondering if anyone else had this and what they do to minimise it?
