Thanks for that Alun

If you put CBD in the search box, you’ll find six or seven threads on this interesting topic, including suggestions of suppliers,

how do you use it?

As for me, I took CBD Oil for a while. It really calmed me down quite significantly. My anxiety was still there, but to a lesser extent. I haven’t taken it in a while. If you’re thinking about trying it, it’s worth a shot. You will never know until you try. [removed by moderator]

Olblackk, your reply is to a very old, out of date thread. In fact, your posts puzzle me. You only respond to the CBD threads, adding a link which gets removed by admin. You say you’ve never taken it in one post and in others you say it helps your insomnia etc. Very strange.

Perhaps he/she is taking too much LOL.

On a serious note, I’ve tried CBD oil which was costing me £70 per bottle that lasted about 2 weeks, I tried about 4 bottles in total and sadly it did absolutely nothing for me, I felt no affects from it what so ever. In fact the herbalist who I was buying it from was the first to suggest that I stop buying it, saying " your probably wasting your money".

He suggested that I try to get Sativex from my GP, which after months of speaking to a spasticity consultant and allowing me to trial Sativex it was agreed that I could have it on prescription.

For me, and this is only a personal opinion, CBD oil by itself was a waste of money.

I know some people say it has given them some benefit, so maybe it just didn’t work for me ?

Theres a lady in work who’s husband has cancer and he uses a CBD paste suppository, he swears it’s helping him, but here’s the thing, the paste he is using to make the suppository is purchased somewhere from Tenerife and is made up of a balance of CBD & THC, just like Sativex.

He also don’t get the nasty feeling from the THC as he’s not digesting it.

This lady at work thinks though that her husband is getting more of a mental calming sort of benefit rather than having any physical affect on the cancer, which I guess at the very best is all I may of felt from the CBD oil, definitely no physical benefits in regards to my MS.

If I’m totally honest I don’t even consider Sativex to be all it’s cut out to be, but like I said earlier, maybe this sort of drug just don’t work for me ?

I’ve been using 15% CBD oil for over 2 years now where it makes a huge difference to my left leg, foot and toe spasms. It also helps with my restless left leg symptoms which mainly occurred in bed during the night. I’ve tried the weaker hemp oil, but it’s not as efficient as the 15% oil and recently had a 5 day period without oil to see what happens. The cramps came back, so I went back on the oil and things improved after 4/5 days - job done. I’ve used different sources on ebay and when the small bottles run out I go back to the last supplier, but they run out and try another one with good reviews. Started off with Holland & Barret, but it was only 3% and not worth it.

Foghorn, how many times a day do you use it please? I’ve recently started using 15% and while it’s helping with pain,I’d love if I could get some affect on my rigid right knee!

I also need something for me. Because I have been suffering from insomnia. And I have heard CBD can help to recover this. What do you think?
