Our Helpline team will be logging off over the festive period from 23rd December 17:00 until 09:00 Tuesday 3rdJanuary 2017.
Admins will be checking in on the forum over this period but if you need to speak to someone regarding a medical matter and you live in England or Scotland, you’ll need to call the NHS on 111, for Wales, you can dial 0845 4647 and for Northern Ireland you can contact your GP surgery directly.
The Samaritans can also be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their telephone number for those living in the UK is 116 123. Alternatively, you can email the Samaritans at jo@samaritans.org
