My Mum falls often due to her MS. She has a walker and sticks to help her but she still falls down. She is getting her elbows and knees hurt. Does anyone know of anywhere she can go to get something like knee pads, however the ones cycling pads aren’t very comfortable. Any help.
i bought knee supports from J D Sports.
they fasten with velcro and help keep my wonky knee stable.
i bought them before my diagnosis of ms when i was doing a martial arts keep fit class.
dug them out recently and they are really fab.
my grandma borrowed them when she was 95! she loved them too.
