Talking about buts....... butts

I have recently been talking about buts and still remaining hopeful…

As a side issue may I mention butts? It may of course result in a waffle and a rant, sorry kindred spirits (non-alcoholic if you like). Must these damn drugs that we are on ALL have weight gain as a side effect? Be generous it is Christmas…

Santa brought me a rowing machine, is this kind I ask you?

Well, are you able to get up/down/on/off this new machine?

Some drugs can assist in the weight gaining thingy. In my case it is more the immobility that adds weight…

oh there is also the chocolate.and the ice cream…and the chips.and the cakes…alright, alright Im a good eater...plus with a feeder for a husband, I dont stand much chance, do I?

Hi folks

The rowing machine has been laughing at me!! So for the last few days I have had a wee shot, warming up first…Today I did 20/30 strokes, I’m not sure I like the word ‘strokes’ makes me think - exercise is likely to kill me!

I use the NO pressure gauge for the rowing machine. -

20 strokes today, before breakfast dust was gathering on the rowing machine. The Gods have to be smiling and the wind blowing in the right direction!!Therefore no pressure just when I feel like it…
